1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Certain items, such as perishable goods, personalized products, or items marked as final sale, are not eligible for return.
2. Process for Returns
- To initiate a return, please fill out our Contact Form with your order number and reason for return
- Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item(s).
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
3. Refunds
- After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please specify this when filling out the Return Request Form.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please submit a request through the Contact Form immediately.
- We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
