Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may be eligible for a return or exchange under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns
      • Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery
      • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
      • Certain items, such as perishable goods, personalized products, or items marked as final sale, are not eligible for return.
      2. Process for Returns
      • To initiate a return, please fill out our Contact Form with your order number and reason for return
      • Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item(s).
      • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
      3. Refunds
      • After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
      • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
      • Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
      4. Exchanges
      • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please specify this when filling out the Return Request Form.
      • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
      5. Damaged or Defective Items
      • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please submit a request through the Contact Form immediately.
      • We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
